Out of Stock Items Sometimes, items may be temporarily out of stock. We do our best to ensure that out of stock items do not show on the web-site. Sometimes, however, a mistake may have been made and items still show as being in stock. If this happens we will contact you before dispatch of your order to alert you to give you the opportunity to continue or cancel your order. Tax We are not VAT registered. Limitation of Liability The total liability of Scrappy Do's arising in connection with this contract shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. If you are a business customer Scrappy Do's shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss of damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise) costs expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement. The terms of sale and supply of goods will be subject to English Law and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods or use of this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Returns and Refunds In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your order or if the goods are in some way faulty you must contact us and allow us a reasonable time to correct the mistake before cancelling payment. If you change your mind for any other reason we are happy to exchange items or reimburse you via a credit note, provided the goods are returned to us with 14 days of receipt in the original condition and in a saleable condition. In this instance we regret we cannot reimburse postage costs. We will also charge the cost of sending out the replacement goods. Your Right of Cancellation The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days after you receive your order. If you do wish to cancel your order please let us know, in writing, immediately. You will then be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. They must be unopened and in their original condition and you must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in transit. We recommend you send them by recorded delivery. Once received we will arrange a refund within the next 10 working days. Images and Pictures We have gone to great lengths to illustrate our products but each image should be viewed in conjunction with the descriptive text and will of course be limited by the screen settings of your computer monitor. For international orders and Channel Islands packaging and shipping is charged at cost. When your order is processed we will add a nominal shipping cost. Delivery Depending on location, order value and weight of your order your delivery will be sent either by courier or Royal Mail. Packages shipped with Royal Mail are sent first class or Special Delivery, if requested.
